I am Mary Pike, a Nutrition and Health Coach for many years.

It is my passion is help people achieve beauty both inside and out. Watching people change before my eyes is truly the most wonderful thing I've ever experienced.

My Executive Partner in this endeavor is Dr. John Gray author of the book: Men are from Mars Women are from Venus. I offer the added benefit of good nutrition to my customers and friends alike.
